How long does it take to process my order?

Orders received by 3:30 PM M-F, are generally shipped the same day. We offer an expedited shipping option for an upcharge which guarantees your order will ship same day. You may also opt for Second Day or Overnight shipping service for an upcharge as well. These services are guaranteed to arrive within 24-48 hours depending on the level of service selected. These options apply only to domestic orders and do not apply to International orders. Arrival guarantees for International orders are impossble to determine as there are factors out of our control and that of the 3rd party carrier we select to ship your order. These may include delays associated with your local customs authorities among others.

What is Beautyvice return policy?

Simply put, we have a “No questions asked and no reason required return policy”. We will take back any item that is unused for whatever reason. Does Beautyvice offer International shipping?

Yes we do. We offer International shipping to most countries except those countries located in Central America, South America, Caribbean (except Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands), Africa, and The Middle East.

What if I cannot login to my account?

If you have any difficulty logging into your account when placing an order, simply request a new password directly on the website. The password and new login information will be sent to the email you registered the account with.

Does Beautyvice store my credit card information?

Beautyvice does not store any information regarding your payment method. The only information that will be stored in our system is your address, email, telephone number and past purchase history. We realize that storing your payment information is a convenient way for customers to check out in the future but we feel that customer payment information security is worth more than the convenience provided by us storing your payment information for use during a subsequent purchase.

Do you offer manufacturer warranty?

Please note products offered by Beautyvice.com may not be accompanied by a US manufacturer warranty in which case we will warranty the product ourselves. We warranty the entire product and there is no service charge for such warranty. In order to claim a warranty benefit, please contact our customer service line. the warranty covered is identical in duration as that which is offered by the US manufacturer. The warranty is offered in the form of a replacement or a refund with the return of the faulty product.

Do your products come with instructions in English?

Some products may not have instructions in English in which case we will upon request provide you with a translated version of the instructions.

Is Beautyvice affiliated in any way with any of the brands it offers on it's online store?

Beautyvice is not affiliated, directly related or authorized by any brand owner to sell their brands on our online store. Any product offers made by us are for products we have obtained in secondary markets and not directly sources from the brand manufacturer

Do you honor any manufacturer rebates?

Products offered by us are 100% eligible for any rebate offered by the manufacturer
